I am a hobby cake decorator and have fun learning new things.

Been decorating for probably 35 years, but it has only been in the last 10 that I was able to take classes.  Once in a blue moon I get paid for a cake, but for the most part I like to do them for people who can't afford to have a nice cake done and would rather have a good cake with buttercream icing.  I do make my own fondant and it is much better than the bought stuff, I think.  Any way I just have fun with it.

Hi Julie, thanks for the add! Duff roses are roses made with circle fondant cut outs. I'm assuming that it is duff goldman's method hence the name? You cut out fondant circles, stagger them on each other, roll, then cut in half :).
