In South Africa the program is new, I'm quite hook into the program even my daughters are and they are only 11 and 9
I would like to know what is chocolate moulding, I only use fondant moulding and I'm really interested in finding out if I can make it.
Love the program on Sesami street to me that was the best cake I've seen so far. WE are quite behing here so I'll have to wait to see the present he gave his wife. I'm using a few of the tips from his program like the steamer and cereal treat, I would love to get a machine for the fondant, it would make my life alot easier.

Modeling Chocolate is just chocolate and corn syrup. (the chocolate has to have oil in it though. Like candy melts. ) If you google it recipes come up.

The Satin ice gumpaste is awesome! To expensive though. I have to buy the Wilton with my 40% off coupon. LOL But if I could afford it I would by Satin Ice. Satin Ice blows Wilton away. :)

I know glucose is similar but not sure if it will work in place. Google it and see if it has a subsitute.
