I would love to be a big enough company to be able to employ staff, but I only started in April 2011 and work from my home. The company name is "Fondant Fetish - the art of sugar" and as I seem to be doing something a little OTT I;m doing quite well. I'm sure you with your amazing portfolio you would be able to get a job in any cake shop you approached. You ought to try one of the companies that have the TV shows, Cake Boss, Ace of Cakes etc. If I was established enough you would definately get the job. Wishing you lots of luck with your job hunt.
