I know what you mean, I've had a couple of classes through parks and rec. I also took a
wilton class.they were lots of fun.

Hi Ladies, here's a tip I discovered recently. You can save your disposable decorating bags and cut down on the mess by wrapping your butter icing in plastic wrap before inserting it into the bag. Simply wrap it like you are wrapping candy and snip off the end that will be next to the tip. Make sure the wrap is cylindrical in shape so it can fit nicely into the bag. This way you can change colors easily using the same bag and extend the life of your disposable bags :)
