The ratios are different for what type you want to use.. like for a poured/glazed or whipped... they are a bit different.. You can google the recipe... it's super easy. We infuse ours with different teas for extra yumminess. :)

I used the Wilton fondant once for a trial to see if it was worth using in a pinch.. sadly it was not. :( I like the homemade MM fondant best. I am now really loving ganache.. i can get it really smooth and it taste sooo good! :)
