Stand Mixers - Your recommendations?
I am looking at the Cook's Stand-Mixer and also the Kitchen Aid Mixer.
They come in different sizes, colours, and speeds.
What are your recommendations?

I have had my Kitchen Aid since 1993 and use it regularly. My mom still has the one I learned to bake with when I was 8.

I started out with a standard Kitchen Aid but needed one that could make larger batches of dough, icing, cake batter etc. so I bought a Kitchen Aid Pro 600 series, 6 quart mixer. I love both of them.

I have the Kitchen Aid Artisan and I absolutely love it. I can do double batches of anything....love it.

Kathy, that is exactly what I did, I have a standard Kitchen Aid, but just got my 600 pro 6 quart last week, LOVE IT!!! And it is nice having an extra one (the smaller one) when making multiple things at once!!

I have a Cooks and love it ..I have never had any problems.. It is not small I think it is a 5 quart.. Maybe some day I will get a Kitchen aid but for now I am very happy with Cooks...Good Luck.......

I have both a Sunbeam and Kitchen Aid. I prefer the Kitchen Aid and absolutely love it. The Sunbeam motor had died within four months of having it and it was while making cookie dough. It was replaced for free so now I have two mixers ~ well needed.

I have a Kitchen Aid Pro HD and if you have a Costco they have it there or go online to compare prices! I also purchased the grinder that my husband uses on a regular basis and I purchased the Paddle, wow-wee, that is a must!!!! Whatever you do, I hope you will enjoy!

I have a Kitchen Aid. I love mine. 6 years ago my husband bought me a farberware mixer and I HATED IT!!! I love my Kitchen Aid.
