Hi art deco, Thank you for the welcome, I've not made a dolphin cake yet but I am hoping to make one next month for my youngest daughters birthday I made her a horse cake for her birthday last year.

Hi Katy, Thank you for the welcome, yes New Milton isn't really to far from where I am its about a little over an hours drive, I live not far from Portsmouth.

Hi Helen, Thank you for the welcome, I've not really had chance to come visit this site this week so popping on today and have to say WOW to even more lovely cake pictures posted on here, everyone's cake's are amazing.

HI,

My name is Nancy, and I am new to the cake business, although I have been baking all of my life. I am starting modestly - occasion cakes, without a lot of fancy decoration, just more traditional - flowers, trims, etc. I am hoping to learn how to make some of the incredible concotions I see on this site!! Oh, and I can't imagine every being able to figure out fondant!!
