I havea rubber duckie shower cake to do  was wondering how to make bubbles to go on it.Any ideas?

Unless you know how to do blown sugar... I've seen bubble done with white balls of fondant.

It's a lot like glass blowing using melted isomalt and a special tube. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. Or for me. LOL. :)

Dust fondant balls with pearl dust...I have seen them on cakes and they look cute.
I have a few cakes in my album that I have made fondant bubbles for. They are not hard to do and do look best dusted with a bit of white sparkle dust or pearl dust. I prefer the white sparkle or ultra white dust myself because it adds a bit of sparkle along with the sheen.
How about Gelatine Balloons? The first link is shows pictures of the balloons and the second link gives instructions on how to make them. Hope this helps.

I have seen that but not sure if I want to use mm..thanks tho
The gelatin balloons look terrific. I'll have to give that one a try. Never saw it before. I use the same technique to create chocolate cups.
