Very sad in deed! That was my favorite place to order from ! They were probably the cheapest and their shipping was by far plus super fast shipping times! I just ordered from CalJava because I have been wanting to try Fondx for some time not mention the Elite which was on sale. You can get SI from Global Sugar Art they are probably most comparable to ITO.

I've been ordering mine from A&H Cake Design. (They have a sale on fondant right now). www.ahcakedesign.com
www.fondantsource.com has great prices on fondant.
thanks everyone for all the great places to go!!

I order from GSA and The Ultimate Baker but the Ultimate Baker's prices have gone up so it is cheaper with shipping at GSA...can't beat their prices. I just placed an order today because got a notice on FB that Satin Ice will be going up about 15% in September. So I ordered 2 20lb buckets of white, 1 20 lb ivory, 1 20 lb dk chocolate, 5 lbs of black, red and pink and a bucket of gumpaste.... the total shipping on all of that to me is $80!!! OUCH! I wish we had a West Coast place to buy cheaper!!! By ordering 2 of the 20 lb buckets of white I got them for 44.99 each. Pretty good price.

I met some of my best cake decorating buddies at ITO... sad to see it go. We are keeping touch through Facebook so at least we can stay in touch. Keegan luvs cake is one of my buddies!!! :-)
FYI - cheapest site for Fondx is www.fondantsource.com aka Jester's Cake Supply. Super fast shipping too! I used to use Satin Ice only until I took a class from Bronwen Weber and she uses Fondx. I have used it ever since ...cheaper than Satin Ice!
Wow Dawn, I have been ordering from GSA for several years and only had one problem ever and it was a deffective mold and they replaced it... most places do not replace molds but he had several from the same vendor that were bad so he did.    If you call Alan he is fantastic to work with... anyway I have always had great customer service from him.

Yes, I order mine from Jester's too.  Great prices and great customer service.  And it gets here QUICKLY!

I agree about Jester's. Awesome customer service and even better shipping service!! They can be found at either fondantsource.com OR at Jesters Cake Supply. They also have great deals on all tools and bakeware. To be totally honest though, if you are going to order in large quantities, CK is the way to go. If you have a Fed Tax ID number, you can buy wholesale from them and most things that we buy from other sites have a 100% mark up (ex: Duff Fondant retails for $19.99 for 2# bucket, but at CK it's only $9.99) The only "catch" is that you gave to order at least  $150.00 worth when you order. BUT, if you would normally spend that much anyway, you can get twice as much stuff for the same money!!!
