Absolutely has to be my cake leveler. My layers were always really wonky before I got it, now I usually do 3 layers and it looks so much more impressive!

My fondant mat is my favorite right now. But I can't do anything without my offset spatula.
I am looking forward to a new stand mixer. Can't decide between the Kitchen Aid or the Cuisinart.

I have a Kitchen Aide counter top mixer and I love it Deah.

Deah, I would vote for the Kitchen Aid as well. I have 2 for the bakery. I love them. They really stand up to some heavy abuse!

OK Ladies, which KA models do you have? I want to make sure I have enough power knead and make fondant.

My Kitchen Aid is only 250 watts and I make all my Royal Icing and fondant with it. I have been using it for a couple of years now and have had no problem.
