Susan Carberry Wine & Cheese Cake Class in NH

Susan Carberry will be teaching 4 classes at Epicurean Delights in North Hampton, NH Aug 24-26th.

Susan is the owner of The Cake Cottage located in Murrieta, California. Susan has competed in TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off several times. The last episode she was in, The Roller Derby episode, she skated away with the Grand Prize of $10,000.

Everyone loves a little wine and cheese and if they don't they may prefer the cake instead. Susan will show you how to create this wooden wine crate using rolled fondant and gel food colors. You will be using chocolate wine bottles, glasses, etc. that you will color using luster dust and edible labels as well as fondant cheese and royal icing grapes. Handouts will be provided.
