Susan Carberry Garden Critters Cake Class in NH

Susan Carberry will be teaching 4 classes at Epicurean Delights in North Hampton, NH Aug 24-26th.

Susan is the owner of The Cake Cottage located in Murrieta, California. Susan has competed in TLC’s Ultimate Cake Off several times. The last episode she was in, The Roller Derby episode, she skated away with the Grand Prize of $10,000.

In this full day workshop you will create the cake to the right. Demonstration on proper stacking techniques for real cake will be shown but due to class time restraints, students will be working with styrofoam and dowels. Garden critters will include the butterfly, snail, worms, centipede and more if time allows. Handouts on all the cake tiers and critters will be given.
