1:30pm-6pm-Isomalt Bubble Flower Cake Topper Workshop with instructor Sidney Galpern. www.simicakes.com

4.5 hour hands-on workshop plus demonstration-Take the next step and learn the tips and tricks to making blown sugar easy! This class incorporates our wonderful new frame-work molds that you can create any shapes you can imagine along with learning the art of pulled and blown sugar bubbles and hearts set in beautiful hand-pulled petals to adorn your beautiful sculpture. The last part of the class will be a demonstration of a few special pulled sugar flowers. All supplies provided.
