Jacksonville Isomalt weekend with Sidney Galpern, instructor.  

Saturday June 1
9:30-1pm-Casting Isomalt Cake Topper Workshop 
3.5 hours hands-on workshop plus demonstration-You will learn to cast sugar/isomalt with frame work and molds, and then the techniques of manipulating your poured elements, along with an Icing Images suspended in isomalt. Everyone's sculpture will be unique! At the end of the class I’ll show a demonstration with a “Steam-punk Theme”! All supplies provided and you will take home a centerpiece.
