5 Day Class with Jane Hatton

We are thrilled to announce that Jane Hatton, an English instructor who is famous for her royal icing skills will be holding a 5 day workshop at Julie Bashore’s Sugar Art School from 13-17 February, 2012.

Jane who has worked for the famous Harrods of London and who is a full time instructor at Brooklands College has taught in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland and Ireland.  Jane has won the most prestigious award for Achievement in Bakery Training.

Jane’s class will cover the following techniques.

Stippling, sponging, enameling, tube and brush embroidery, filigree and line work including Lambeth techniques, pressure piping, color flow and extension work.
