I think there was a recipe on this site a while back that listed a white cake mix (without pudding), adding a cheesecake pudding mix, adding an extra egg and use milk versus water but I can't find it and I'm going from memory which is a scary thing - does anyone recall seeing that version - I wanted a simple white cake for a project this week. TIA!

Cheesecake Lovers
2 boxes white cake mix
2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 pkg cheesecake pudding mix
1-1/2 t salt
1 pkg light cream cheese
6 eggs *Blend eggs into softened cream cheese before adding to batter.
1-1/3 cup Italian Sweet Cream coffee creamer (Coffee Mate)
1-1/3 cup water
1/4 c oil
2 t vanilla extract
2 t butter flavoring
