I like Global Sugar Art - www.globalsugarart.com .  Their prices are reasonable, they have a large selection of stuff, and everything usually ships really quickly.  A & H Cake Designs is also good and they sponsor a lot of our contests - www.ahcakedesign.com  .  Hope this helps!
A good friend told me about www.cakesupplies4u.com

I get most of my supplies from Global Sugar Arts.  But also use Country Kitchen Sweetarts, The Ultimate Baker, Kitchen Krafts, and I get a lot of molds from Decorate the Cake.  Really depends on where you live... shipping can kill you!

I use sugarcraft.com. Always been happy with them, and their customer support is great. :o)
I tend to shop around before each purchase but if you go to Caljava's website and sign up for email sale notices they offer regular sales for up to 40-50% off many items including fondant and the shipping is pretty reasonable. This give you the opportunity to try different brands without paying full price!
the bakers kitchen usually their prices are reasonable and they give a goody bag with any order over 20.00 so you get a little something extra with your order and sometimes it is dragees, jimmies, fondant powder, meringue powder, a new color dust or a new color it makes good for business try them out
I'm like Eillen and Jeri, I use Global Sugar Art and Kitchen Krafts.  I have found both ship quickly, always have what I need in stock when I need it and great customer service.
