Hey all! I am looking for a fantastic whipped cream frosting. I have tried several but nothing i would call fantastic. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am making a three layer 9". Thanks very much and happy baking.  Diana

This is my go to stabilized whipped cream.

4 cups cold whipping cream

1.5 cups powdered sugar, sifted

flavoring

Whip cream to soft peaks, add other ingredients and continue whipping until full peak stage

This will keep in a ziplock in fridge for days without deflating.

I have one that is good but I will have to wait until I get home this evening to get it for you. My cousin is a culinary pastry chef and gave me the recipe. It uses Dream Whip. My grandmother also uses it in her ladylocks. :)
