It took me a minute to digest what you wre saying! I was thinking hmmmmm how would a person make water? Thinking you ment real water.... not the brightest crayon in the box here!

As for water on a cake... If you take piping gel and add a touch of blue gel it makes wonderful water. I have made it with buttercream too but the gel makes it clear and really much nicer.
