I am glad you all got to sign up...the website is really awesome..lots of recipes and information....the good thing about professional formulas (by weight) is that you can scale them up or down to the amount you need without losing the recipe's integrity

I wanted to top this because it is a good magazine with articles, formulas and baking ideas.....a good read and it is FREE!

I just got mine and stayed up till 2 AM reading it... some great stuff...loved the article on the retail bakery of the year and the strawberry brioche looks wonderful!
