Hi everyone,
Wondering if anyone had any thoughts on how to make a cake in the shape of a watermelon? I wanted it to look like this, but I'm not sure how to make it sit like this without the cake rocking.

If you are using buttercream, I don't think it will rock. If you're really concerned about that, carve off a small sliver off like you do with an onion.
I agree... Notice that they conveniently put a pice of cake in front of where the watermelon is resting on the board/table? If they were to show you the whole thing, I think you'd see a flattened bottom right where it's resting. Just make sure that you make it wide enough too. :O)
