thank you for your response, i am from tel aviv so it is a bit far, i know 2 stores here, but they are really expensive....
For modeling I use a mixture of fondant and gumpaste. Fondant alone is too soft for modeling and gumpaste dries too fast. A mixture of half-half does it for me.

I don't sell my cakes, it is only a hobby. I am willing to make the effort for the people I love.
These cakes are a lot of work. I personally like modeling the little figures better than flower making, but I make flowers as well.
I did a search and found there are 9 members from Israel in the 'cakes we bake' decorating community, I am one of them, nice to know. I also noticed that the majority of the Israeli members are professionals but a few of us, including me, are not.
