I use all other brands.I doctor up Aldi's brand cakes.I add 2-3 tablespoons of instant pudding to the dry mix and fallow the recipe off of the box.No one knows why it tastes better and I can stock up for less.If I get a rush cake order I make my own mix .It it easy.Go to ALL RECIPES.Com and find CAKE MIXES FROM SCRATCH AND VARIATIONS. I use it so much.Wilton has a recipe for RED VELVET cake it is great!
