Thanks Erica for checking out my very first bows made out of Marshmallow Fondant. The chocolate fondant taste like a tootsie roll, so yummy. My cake pan was the small 6 inch round 2 inch high Wilton Pans. It suits my needs great!
I do have a springform pan that I used in our Cheese Cake project #2 in the CWB Group which I purchased at WalMart for about $10.00.
Pans are different for different reasons and recipes.
Have tons of fun!
