Most of the cakes were made in a class that Ive been taking. The frosting is just a basic butter cream frosting using just crisco for class purposes. But for other cakes i made for family and friends I use real butter and cream bouquet flavoring. I also like to use pasty pride for cakes with fruit fillings. :)
