Ana, I am a member of the Houston Cake Club. Dawn Parrott is also a member. She occasionally offers classes. (You can see her work on the Oklahoma Sugar Show website and on her website). She is amazing. I took the stringwork classes in Dec from her and am taking the Lambeth classes from someone she knows. Check out her website for more information and upcoming classes. BTW, she does travel for classes as well.
