I usually use fondant on dummies. No ants..:)
i want to do a basketweave for one so i will need to pipe something
Hi Jacqueline. I have never applied royal icing to a dummy, but buttercrem and fondant work well. I use a very thin layer of honey to fix the fondant to the dummy
This stuff is supposed to be great for dummies

I have not used it but you might look into it....

Since the dummies will not be eaten could you get some ant traps to put in the corner of your display. I use them and never see an ant anywhere in the house.
I use fondant for my dummies, if you are doing basketweave you can use an impression mat to show your design.
Wow Jeri that is great stuff I really need to order some. Thanks for sharing.
