Royal Icing
Hi there, I mixed some ready to use icing and had some left over. I wondered how long I can keep the surplus for and what is the best way of storing it?
Any ideas will be welcomed.

store in an air tight container and ive saved mine up to 4 months. my sis in law said she keeps hers 6 months plus. it will separate and crystallize at the bottom just need to mix it up and it will still work
