ribbon on a cake topper??
Can anyone help me?? i am wanting to do a cake topper display with hearts on wires but would also like to have rippon spraying up with it too... i have seen them, but i don't know what ribbon we need to do it?? please can anybody out there help me?? many thanks... Debs x

Ah ha! Those aren't really ribbons. They are a specialty item you can purchase at party supply stores. I saw them on a recent Rachael Ray episode. The DIY guest was using them in a centerpiece to mimic fireworks.
