Help!!! How do I keep my MM fondant from sweating? I made a wedding cake yesterday and it turned out beautiful, but it was sweating the whole time! People kept asking if it was going to melt!

Did you refrigerate it at all??? If you do, it will sweat when you pull it out.
If you refrigerate it, and took it out of the fridge, it will sweat. Put a fan and let it dry as much as you can. Don't touch it so it
wont get a finger mark.
I don't refrigerate my cakes for this same reason. But if you need too, put it in a cake box and cover the box with saran wrap. This sometimes help with the sweating.
Terra..what kind of icing did you use under the fondant. Rachael is correct, sometimes fondant will sweat after coming out of the fridge. To avoid that next time, take out a few hours before event to let cake come to room temp, keep a small fan blowing on it to dissipate the condensation and if storing in the fridge always keep it on the shelf furthest away from you freezer as this is the "warmest" section in the fridge.
Well, I froze the cakes earlier in the week, then I put buttercream on them and then the fondant....should I put the buttercream on and let them warm up before I put the fondant on??
Terra, cakes should be iced and covered with fondant at room temp..if the cake was frozen when you covered with fondant that was the cause of the sweating. What icing are you using?

What I do in my case is a dont freeze my cakes I refrigerate. And do the crumbcoat cold. Then put the cake back in the
fridge and let it settle down and get cold so I can give it a second coat. After that I don't put it back in the fridge.
