Hi, I wanted to ask a question. I have a lot of problems when using icing sheets, I have a very hard time taking them of the backing sheet. I try putting them in the freezer for a couple of minutes but it still hard to take out. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks

Before you print, if the icing sheet seems dry, place a small piece of a slightly damp paper towel inside the Zip-Loc bag with the icing sheet. Place it behind the backing sheet. DO NOT put it on the icing sheet. Remove after a few days.
When applying icing sheet to cake, it is best to apply on freshly frosted butter cream. If the icing has formed a crust just lightly mist with water or lay a dampen paper towel over cake for a few minutes. Then apply you icing sheet. Be sure to apply from center outward to prevent bubbles.
If you are getting vertical lines on your page, chances are your pin feeds need to be cleaned. The reason this occurs is that the wet ink is causing small bits of icing sheets to build up on your pin feeds leaving track marks going up and down. Tip of the Day: Refilling your edible ink cartridges can provide significant savings benefits over purchasing new cartridges each time. Though each refill kit provides approximately 6 full refills, it is important that you ***change your cartridges out after being refilled 3 times or every 6 months whichever comes first***
Edible image printers are prone to clogging since the ink does not contain the toxic ingredients needed to keep the ink flowing. This is why we stress the importance of printing at least once per week. This helps to avoid clogs.
Did you know that SPONGE-FREE cartridges allow you to use 100% of your ink? Having cartridges with sponges not only cost you 60% of your ink to the sponge, but to prevent bacteria growth in the sponge alcohol is added to the ink. Alcohol can cause your printhead to burnout.
