Wilton Classes
It has been 4 years, but I took 3 Wilton Classes. It looks like Course 3 is different then what I took before. I took one class with fondant, but it didn't have gumpaste. I am thinking about taking it since it is different, I just didn't want to take something over again. Have they changed? Anyone who has taken it do you recommend it, I am really liking Gumpaste.

There's is actually a 4th Class now, Fondant & Gumpaste...I took the original 3 like you (with the 3rd being Fondant & Tiered Cakes - which I believe they still have) and I actually just signed up for Class 4 which I start next week. Im guessing they do more detailed fondant and gumpaste flowers. FYI - The last class I took years ago was only like $12, now its $44!! (though they often have 1/2 off, but still Im paying $22.50. :(

Gretchen ~ Wilton did away with Fondant and Tiered cakes and replaced it with the new course, Fondant and Gumpaste. Even though I've taken all the classes, I'm going back to take the three again because they have different techniques and have added new things. One of my instructors said I didn't have to but I'm doing it anyway. You can always purchase the course books instead.
