Hi everyone,
I will be making fondant pearls, cut out shapes and stripes to go on the fondant cake this weekend.
How far in advance can I make all this? I was hoping to start today, but will it become hard and dry by the time Saturday rolls around?
And what is the best way to store these once I've completed them?

Jeri...i'm doing a pearl border around a 2 tier cake...i can't possibly make all those balls the day off...so i wanted to do them in advance.
Also because this is my first fondant cake i dont want to rely on getting things done on the day ...what if i royally mess up...!! So i wanted to be prepared before hand.
