Hello Kelly,
I have been taking classes, but I also use books and www.wilton.com which has lots of direction and some videos to help you! Another one is www.baking911.com. =) good luck!

I use cakecentral.com as well as youtube lots.

Yes, You Tube has tons and tons of videos...check out all the videos posted by "Serious Cakes"...she is amazing. She is also on this site and on facebook. I have learned so much from her already and have tried two of her favorite recipes so far and they are great...

Thank you all so much..Im hoping to do my sons bday cake at the end of the month he wants a skull cake..Wish me luck it will be my first attempt at decorating...Im going to make my moms bday cake next week its my first scratch make i sure hope it will be edible!!!!

Good luck and have fun with the skull cake. Just "google" the words "skull cake" and you will get tons of photos to look at for ideas if you don't already have one. Then just search for videos to help you with any techniques you might need for that cake idea...and you will be off and running. Can't wait to see you start to post photos! ;~) Have a great day!
