I use the one on the back of the Hershey's box - just add more PS to get to the right consistency.
Tracey - for a milk-chocolate buttercream I use the regular Wilton 1/2 shortening, 1/2 butter recipe and then add 1/3 cup Hershey's unsweetened cocoa and more milk until it's the consistency I want. For a dark chocolate buttercream you can add 3 oz. melted bittersweet chocolate per 3 cup Wilton recipe and then more powdered sugar to get the consisency you want.
