colorfull cupcakes
hi every one my friends asked me to do cake or cupcake to afriend that had a car accident and they whant a new idea. and my 5 years old doughter want's cupcakes for her friends in kindergading ,so i said i will practice on her , we are going to viset our friend next week , so my idea is to make her a bouquet of flowers ( cupcake floweres) i made vanilla cupcake withe vanilla budding filling toped with frensh vanilla buttercreem flowers my doughter went nuts she and her friends kept asking me for more . i attach the pictures of them and next week i will attach the bouquet .so tell me what you think and if any one tell me another idea i could do . thanks

I usue creem ( 2c havey creem + 4Tbs cornstarch mix in 1/2 c milk
cook it until very thick - cover with waxed paper let cool
then mix with 1 stic of soften butter + 1/2 c powdered sugar+ 1/2 c shortning
+ flaver mix for 5min
some times i add Vanilla Instant Pudding /or flavered coffee creemer
very tasty , not too sweet , hold its sape in hot whether

thank you for the recipe. I have to try it. My hubby loves cakes but is not too fond of the very sweet icing. I hope he enjoys this icing recipe. Plus he makes fun when he sees my icing melting in the heat.
