Jennifer Dontz Sugarpaste Flower Class - three seats still available
October 9 and 10, 2010 ---------- Hollister, CA
Join Jennifer in Hollister, CA as she teaches you to make beautiful sugarpaste flowers.
The following flowers will be made in class: Poinsettia, Peony, Magnolia, Pansy and Anthirium
The Poinsettia and Peony will be big flowers and time consuming, but well worth it. If you have not seen the Pansy it is really beautiful and can add just a simple touch to a cake or cupcake. Magnolia and Anthirium are beautiful flowers to add to your cakes.
Cost: $250.00 includes lunch, drinks and snack for both days
Time: 9:00am -5:00pm
Arrive 15-20 minutes early; class starts at 9:00am
(Sunday may end early depending where you are at.
The last couple of classes students where done by 4pm.)
Supplies: Jennifer supplies everything you need to make the flowers (sugarpaste, cutter, dusts, wires, brushes, etc).
Having the basic gumpaste equipment is helpful (cel board, cel pad, ball tool and pin). Jennifer sells these items, so if you would like to purchase please contact her. Other basic supplies may be needed – paper towels, toothpicks, cotton balls, etc. Jennifer will send a list to her students.
There will also be a store to buy cutter, dusts, molds, etc. If you see something on Jennifer’s website let her know and she can bring that item out.
