IT's called Puerto Rican Rum cake.  If you do a Google search on Puerto Rican Cake it brings up some other suggestions as well.  Good luck!

Hi! Go to Facebook and look for Puerto Rican Cake; they have a recipe there; scroll down until you

find Puerto Rican Cake (wet with Brandy).

Hope you like it! Have a good day.

Jenny (I'm from P.R.; and I can tell you, that is delicious!}

thanks ladies...Jenny I tried looking in Face book where you told me and I can't seem to find it.  Do you have the recipe that you can e-mail it to me or is there something I'm missing at the site.

Olga, look in Cake Central for the Dominican Cake recipe, it is very similar to our recipe. If I find then recipe (I know that I have one), I will send it to you.

I have been looking for this recipe for a long time.It does not have nuts..I know it has some kind of syrup poured ontop.The name Zeny Hernandez looks very familier. I think she posted on here before, But I cant find her. I think she has done pictures on here also..I would love this book if I can get it...
