I have a simple one that people love. I believe I got the recipe off of cakecentral.com. Hard to recall now that I check out so many of them. Anyways it is called Strawberry fluff. Very simple to make and very yumo.
Strawberry Fluff Filling
* 8 oz Strawberry Cream Cheese
7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
Dash of strawberry extract or strawberry flavoring
Mix softened cream cheese, fluff, and flavoring well. Will be a creamy texture – use as a filling.

After it is all put together can it sit out or does it has to in the fridge? Because of the cream-cheese ?
Thanks, Eva

Surprisingly, lemon curd tastes really yummy with strawberry cake.
I like to put it in the fridge so everything can "set up", that way when they go to slice it you see that pretty thick layer of strawberry fluff in the middle.

I don't mind. Where should I send it?
Hi, Staj. I have Paula Deen's lemon curd recipe. If yours is different, would you send me a copy as well? mbentonbaker@yahoo.com. Thanks so much.

I used vanilla cream cheese with fresh strawberries under it.
