This is what I use:

1 - pkg DH Swiss Choc or Choc Fudge Mix

1 - 3.4oz pkg Choc Instant Pudding

4 - Large Eggs

1 1/4 Cups Milk (could use Choc Milk)

1/2 Veg Oil

1 Cup Mini Semi Sweet CC

Thanks
Can I just double the recipe? I need to make two cakes to build this bus cake

I have never doubled the recipe in one mixer, but I can't see why not.
When making Duncan Hines I always substitute one egg with 1/4 apple sauce....The cake turns out soooo moist...

I have my version of the WASC Triple Chocolate Fudge cake on my blog on here.  It is a double recipe and get great results with it.  I have a 6qt mixer I use with it though.  My smaller KA is too small for the double recipe.

I always use Betty Crocker mixes.  Just my preferance.
