Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

I am going to my first cake show this weekend.  I did not enter any cakes since I have never been to one before(My cakes aren't show quality anyways!).  I'm kind of shy and nervous about new things.  I looked at the schedule of events, but I am still not sure what to expect.

It starts at 10:30 and I get to go to the 3 hr demonstration from 11-2.  They are having two cake challenges from 2-5.  Then it is over at 6.  I don't want to miss anything, but when are we supposed to have time to eat lunch or look at any of the cakes and vendors and stuff?

Do you know if it will be set up anything like when I went to a Taste of Home cooking show before hand they had a thing with booths set up,  will it be like that?

I know this sounds silly, but if anyone can help me out by telling me what to expect I would appreciate it.

I do get to go on Sun. also, and since I can't afford the 3 hr demo both days I could look at stuff then, but will that be enough time?

Thank you!

All I can offer is take it all in... pack a lunch and have fun! We don't have anything like that in our area.
I went to my first day today. My brain is on overload! I wish I had known about the packing the lunch thing! I ended up having fritos and a granola bar for lunch!
