Tiara Cake Topper?

Anyone know where I can purchase a nice tiara cake topper? I have to make a cake for one of my clients, but I don't want to put a cheapo looking thing on top of the cake, but I also don't want to spend $30-$50 on one either! It's for a little girls birthday.  I also need some nice decorative butterflies!

Did you check the wedding section at Michael's?  They have tiarra's but not sure what price range they are.
