how to make a sculpted high heel shoe cake?

I need to put you in touch with a friend of mine... she makes really nice shoe box cakes. There are the shoe cutters I got mine at GSA last summer and have not used it yet. I need to use some of the things that I have not used! I have made some tiny boots but not one out of cake.

I have made the open shoe box and the mens shoes, but i need any info on making a 3D sculpted high heel cake and a 3D cheerleader boot (which looks like a cowboy boot to me). any info the decorating community gives is much appreciated. thank you

I totally misunderstoond your post. Sculptured cakes are not my strength. The ones I have done I have found a pict on the internet of what I want, blow it up to the size I want and use it for a pattern to cut. You might look at the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders site for a boot.
