Hi Maria - it's usually flowers over here in the UK.  Or heart shaped chocolates -

Flowers....usually red roses, with some sort of chocolate confection.,boxed chocolates, heart/rose shaped chocolate on a stick. Heart shaped cakes & cupcakes.....

Thanks June and Katy!!! I uploaded the photos of the products I am going to sell on Valentines. I combined the two of your ideas so I did the chocolate heart shaped Valentine Mini cake and others. You can also see it all in my Facebook page.
