I am late with the tasting of these beautiful cheesecakes! They are all very pretty and extremely appealing to me. I'm only sorry we don't all live close to have a cakin' party for tastin' !!! I look on the positive side too, we all share our photographs and experiences with comments - that is the best dessert for me. I love trying new things and Learning. I'm always so inspired by this site and the challenge here on CWB Cale Club keeps me baking!
Great job everyone!

Here are the pictures of my Parline Cheesecake.... they were fine in the pan... but a mess when I cut it since it was not baked all the way. I will have to bake it longer next time. The pictures are dark the flash was not on.....OOPS!!! The cupcake size ones did come out really good.

Cupcakes! oooooh, they look great! What did you do to make them? Did you put graham crackers on the bottom of each cupcakes? Did you keep it in the refrigerator overnight and then take them out? Love the idea and my husband saw your picture and said, wow, that is neat. He would like me to try that too. I want to try and would really like to have you tell me "the how" please...
Thank You!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You did it!!! It looks Beautiful!!!! I'm so happy for you. I admire you for trying and trying until you had no cracks. Do you have any idea what happened different this time? I bet this will be great for the fall season too. Guess you will be making more cheesecakes through the end of the year; right?

Gretchen it looks amazing and I am sorry about the middle. The trick to making sure the cheesecake is done is to shake it and if it barely jiggles it is ready. Yopu have to get past the jello jiggly stage and go until there is a small sinking area inthe center and it is barely jiggly. Then turn off the oven and prop the door open about an inch or so and let cool until the oven is cold. Then take it out and set on a wire rack until it is room temperature. Place uncovered in the fridge after that.DO NOT REMOVE THE CAKE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY right Sher? (giggles j/k my friend) Did it taste fabulous though?

Thank you!!! What I did different is that I made sure that ALL ingredients were room temp... I left out eggs, cheeses... everything for a few hours. Then I also made sure to shut off the mixer inbetween ingredients.

And it tastes DELISH!!!! I wish I could share! :0)

I too agree, they look scrumptious. I am inspired.

Gretchen,
I agree what a great idea to make cupcake cheesecakes. How long did you bake them for? Did you bake them at the same temp? Great idea for kids. My kids love cheesecake in little bites. This is the perfect portion size for them. I could freeze them easily to for a later date. Great job. Sorry about the other cheesecake. Try, try again! :)

I just baked the cupcake pans for about 30 minutes, but I started at 20 and added as needed. I put the crust on the bottom just like I did in the regular pan. They went in the fridge and everything just like the one in the Springfoam pan. I didn't put cupcake papers, I was trying to be fancy. But I should have put something, even parchment paper would have worked I guess. They were very difficult to get out the pan. I had to scrape them out and some didn't do as well as others. But all in all they were fine.

I do want to try again. I may try the punpkin one. That looks so good.
