Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

I found this together with my baking tools which I inherited from my former employer who was a Cake Artist. I do not know what is it and how to use it. Does anyone knows? Thanks in advance.

Maria - I think it's a Blitzer craft air brush.  I've never seen one before and don't know how it works, but I found this on the internet -

Also this on youtube, which shows it in operation (sadly it's in German lol!)

Thank you so much Katy for your big help! Now I know how to use it. I thought before it's a manual airbrush for the icing. I'm just wondering how will I put the color.

It looks to me like you need some sort of edible ink marker pen, which you hold up against the nozzle and puff air onto it, so it sprays like an airbrush

Ok Katy I will try to use my edible pen marker and see if it's going to work. Thanks!

Let us know yes?

Thank you Suziq for your time and the link. I saw the video. Now I know how to use it.
