Arranging cupcakes to look like a doll?

I'm assuming you mean creating a doll shape from cupcakes - gosh that's a tricky one....

All I can think of is to only use the cupcakes on part of it - by arranging the cupcakes into the shape of a dress and then have the rest of the doll (head, feet, arms), made out of fondant or similar.  Think that might come out pretty large though, unless your cupcakes are mini ones.

Thanks Katy.  It is a tricky one! 

I have given the option of a crown or gown instead, lets see what the client wants :)
