He use this for the cake 250g butter, 200g white chocolate, 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup milk, 1 & 1/3 cup plain flour, 1 cup self rising flour, 3 eggs. And for the Ganache : 200g white chocolate and 1/2 cup cream. :)
