I like mixing candy clay with fondant for a delicious white chocolate flavored fondant. It's great with Wilton fondant as Wilton has such good workability but isn't known for its delicious flavor. Adding the white chocolate candy clay to Wilton gives you the best of both worlds.

SO u can use cany clay being modeling chocolate as fondant to cover cakes instead of using fondant ??? do i have this right ?

I am going to try to make this for my cookies, should i tint it as i go while kneading or tint it while its warm?
