Brenda, I use Serious Cakes' buttercream recipe (Just posted it in the recipe discussion section). It has a very nice flavor, everyone I've baked cakes for loves it. And it crusts nicely. Here is one of the cakes I did yesterday...

Thanks everyone. My friend has done this a few times on cakes for her little boys with great success. I'm going to try it for the first time this weekend on two graduation cakes.

It looks these are from YouTube, try search there for the title and see if you can get it there. And if you can see videos there. Otherwise, I am not sure...sorry! =)
